That the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for East Coker Cockerels will take place at The Yellow Wagtail, Yeovil on the 6th July 2023.
East Coker Cockerels Football Club has an obligation to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. The purpose of the AGM is:
(a)
(i) receive a report of the activities of the Club over the previous year;
(ii) receive a report of the Club’s finances over the previous year;
(iii) elect members of the Club Committee; and
(iv) consider any other business.
